In 1784, the Superbe was launched from the Brest’s shipyards. Three masts, two decks, an extreme maneuverability due to the know-how of his architect, the famous Jacques Noel Sane. Seven hundred men were necessary for the smooth running of the vessel, a great war machine with 74 guns which sunk under a storm in 1795. We've brought it to life again as a scaled model with its maze of masts, sails and ropes, its winged bow shape and its naughty flag. A faithful masterpiece of art, beautiful as a sculpture, with a meter of length which will make the heart of history and sea lovers beat.

This model was special designed by joining multi small pieces of yellow and black wood together on the hull. The deck is designed as original Sovereign of The Seas with details. The task requires skillfull craftsmen to accomplish. Model is full assembled and ready for display.
